I had to go to linkwithin.com and enter my blog url and get the zipped file. Then install the plugin from the zip file. You might want to try that?

I am also using the "Yet Another Related Posts Plugin" which inserts links at the end, but I did not find Insights very helpful in building links. It only returns 5 results and many of the results returned are irrelevant.
