This is now the forum I'm most active in.  There are a few webmaster forums out there, but they all eventually degrade in value to their intrinsic value; free to sign up attracts a lot of people when the money is easy.  Luckily, Yakezie's challenge might be free, but the 6 month requirement is an excellent barrier to entry that keeps everything top-quality around here.

I'm also signed up on a frugal mom website, Wisebread community (which I have not hardly used at all) and llnoe.com, a Dave Ramsey followers' site. While I'm not specifically a Dave Ramsey follower (I'm doing his steps out of order), I think that's an audience I would appeal to as a live-below-your-means blogger who is saving even with a very low income. Now I just need to find 15 minutes to participate...
