Please head over here to know your partner blog. Do work with your partners to decide on the date you can make the post available to each other, and also any special need you have for your blog, like image , word count etc.can be discussed and settled with your partner.

Everybody should publish their partner's post on 08/30, this is only strict rule of the blog swap.
