It is all behind the scenes, but it is very much doing something. Having a good, keyword rich title, description, and keywords tells Google what the post is about. That way, as your PR rises and people search for related terms, your site will come up near the top.

AIO is great for adding the title, description and meta tags using the interface when you write a post. If you have an SE optimized theme which provides these fields you won't need AIO SEO, but if you don't, it is 100% recommended.

I have had it downloaded for awhile...Ive been trying to research how to use it... it would be great to see some screenshots of what you guys actually use at settings! and a tip on how to use it for a specific post.

I played around with the settings but it doesnt seem to actually do anything.

Also, I want to make sure the setting Im using all the way down the line are not going to screw anything up... ughh it's frustrating trying to google and search through sites for the information.
