We use Yoast Wordpress SEO...I'm not sure if they have a Blogger version, but I've been pretty happy with it so far. It is simple to use, and it seems to be working quite nicely for us.

I can't use the plugin and keep all of my existing SEO stuff in place, so I've just opted to stick with what I've been doing.
