We saw some great growth in the first nine months. Now it's been level ever since. Are any of you doing podcasts to help grow your blog? I've been looking through everyone's sites and haven't found any podcasts yet.

If you are podcasting, what do you do to promote it and grow your audience? I'd appreciate any tips you might have.
