I just use a simple todo list, nothing fancy to keep track of goals. I use Evernote, but not for blogging goals - that's actually a great idea Eric!

I use Evernote for that sort of thing. And the Wordpress editorial calendar plugin is a great tool for longer planning as well.

Has anybody build a web tool or excel spreadsheet to do project management for a blog? It would enable someone set goals and track progress towards them. Kind of like the way we all talk about management our financial goals and tracking progress. This would do the same for anybody who wants to make progress on their blog goals. (the ones that aren't automatically tracked via site stats.)

Some of the goals that my spreadsheet tracks right now is the frequency of posting, guest posting, commenting on other sites, inventory of "cached" posts for when I'm too busy to write.

I've started one, but I thought maybe someone has one already built?

Thanks!
