I think that the last 2 or 3 blog swaps have been cancelled now.

If you are one of the blog swap organizers (listed on spreadsheet below), we might want to make ourselves a note on our calendars to start collecting sign-ups 2 weeks or more in advance of the blog swap date. 

I think that if we start the week of, everyone'e schedules are already packed and it excludes people that only write posts on the weekends.
