This morning, I found a Typepad blog that had ripped off one of my recent posts 100% and was outranking the original. I emailed the DMCA/copyright contact at Typepad and had a response in less than two hours.

Thanks for the report. The blog in question has been removed due to violations of Typepad's terms of service related to copyright and spamming.
