The one that stands out in my memory is when I was working as an assistant manager at a quick lube operation years ago. My boss was sitting in his office (not on break) playing a game on his phone (i believe it was "ball breaker" on blackberry), and not on break. We were slammed (bays were full with 12 cars out back) and I run in to tell him that we needed help and he just looked at me and said "deal with it", I just about said, "no, you deal with it cause I quit", lol but I'm not like that and went ahead and did my best to do a safe, efficient service for those who were willing to wait on me and one other guy to take care of them. Good times.. good times.
