That's nothing compared to the messed up guy who brought CAH to Fincon.  I've never played that in public before.  That alone was worth the price of the trip.

My take: I ended the conference with 11 pages of "To Do's" for Stacking Benjamins. If you haven't been to FinCon, I think you're missing out on a conference that pays for itself within minutes by helping you improve your vision, your writing and your marketing more quickly than you could believe. Last year I noticed BIG changes in my stats within a week of FinCon.

Glad to hear your brother is recovering well.  Fincon was excellent, as usual.  The bootcamp was the highlight for me.  Lots more small group sessions there.  Went to several sessions during the full Fincon that were very good.  Jeff Rose and Caleb Wojicke(sp?) were two that really hit me hard. 

Still trying to process all the information, as usual, so might have more to add later...

The keynotes were interesting, the panels were good, and the people I talked to were all really nice and really interesting - and I got a few good leads on projects.

The big takeaway for me was to post less and promote more, then develop more systems for automating the blog and/or having my VA do more.

No word on next year, but it will be on my calendar as soon as it's announced!

On my end, I had to stay back, but all is good. My brother is out of ICU after his surgery and I completed a half-marathon.

Any update on next year?
