Any positive personal finance topic is welcome but shoot me an e-mail if you want to run a particular topic by me first (saftmblog at gmail dot com).  

Feel free to put two links to your blog (either in the text or an author into/end of post.  I'll add at the beginning that it is a guest post, so no need to do that.)

I'd prefer posts from 500-750 words and please be sure to do a proofread to catch typos/grammar.  It doesn't have to be Shakespeare, but at least give it a once over (this is really for our mutual benefit). 

I prefer that your site be up at least a month so that the chances of broken links, etc., is reduced.  

I also ask the you help respond to comments and promote your posts on social media.  I'll do the same.  It's up to you whether you do it (i.e., not mandatory) but it would improve the success of your post.

I prefer a post with an image but make sure it meets copyright restrictions.  If you don't have an image I can look for one to use.

Finally, I prefer if you send me the post in HTML format (which for the novice like me, can be done by simply switching to the HTML editor in wordpress and copying and pasting that into a txt or word file and then sending me the file).  It makes my life a lot easier than having to format the post.
