Just a word of caution, I'm not sure how many media outlets and such will pick it up because of the vulgarities. Just a thought.

That's too bad about everything. I pray that it really is 'over'. You hear so many stories about everything seemingly being OK after a bunch of paperwork, only to have a notice of foreclosure taped to the door a few months later.

BoA is like the scum of the financial industry, that's for sure!

It's sad that BofA treats its customers like this. I wrote a few BofA Sucks posts and have seen others. They're also letting a lot of people go in the next coming months. They should really get someone to take note of this because people are paying attention.

Hi! It is seeing a heightened amount of traffic that any other article. I published it late on friday (after 3:30) and it got over 1,000 views. On Saturday it got 750. Wow that's unfortunate. I just don't understand how businesses can allow such inept customer service to take place.

I've dealt with one business that absolutely had zero ethics, burned me 10 years ago for more than $1,000 and refused to compensate me despite their being completely, 100% at fault. ANYBODY would have agreed. I pretty much had to aquiesce and it sucked. If I had a blog as a platform at that time, I would have used it for sure.
