I've tried to do outlines before, and I will generally put a couple of things down that I want to use as subheadings, but for some reason it feels too restrictive for me and I can't get as much thought flow.

When I first started blogging, I had a real difficult time taking my idea from inception to completion. Through reading other bloggers advice and practicing some different methods myself, I eventually put this process together to help me when I write. I thought it might be useful to bloggers here looking to improve on their writing skills.

I would love to get some feedback on this and hear what process you use to write a quality post.
