<p>But Sandy, I have seen the pictures of what "your tenant from hell" left you to clean up... that is enough to scare anyone!  Maybe I need to add a question to the rental application stating, "Have you ever been featured in an online blog about bad tenants?"  Hahaha!</p>

<p>Someday I will get the book... I&#039;m not worried.  If I run out of other things to read I may start nagging, but until then it isn&#039;t a big deal.  :)</p>
