I installed it on two of my sites and it moved my AdSense code inside my <head> tags so that the ads appeared appear at the top of the page.

I've noticed each time they have one there's a major issue. I've learned not to update it right away as they generally put out a new one because the old one has some issues.

It just updated to 2.0 today, and has great new features including a (free) CDN, auto publishing to social networks built in, and a ton of other great features.

Just something to think about. Also, word is we are about to get Wordpress 3.5.
