You sound a lot like me in that I had started thinking heavily about starting a site at least 5 years ago and talked aobut it enough that my wife got tired of hearing about it but didn't actually put the rubber to the road until last year.

I have been prowling around on this site for several weeks now, and I am getting poised to join the Yakezie challenge, probably next week. My blog has only been around for a couple of weeks now, but I have been an avid reader of several personal finance blogs for 5-6 years now. The idea to create my own blog began about 5 years ago, and for whatever reason, it just finally happened this year.
