The network doesn't really track all the challenger blogs because there are simply too many. The idea of the challenge is to participate in the community and work on writing great content for a minimum of six months; once you have met the requirements, you will be able to apply for membership. The Alexa ranking really isn't all that important - it's just a way to measure your participation. Hope that helps!
