I have not checked my analytics in over a month, what do you mean it hides your top keyword? In analytics or web master tool?

It has been like that for a couple of months now. As JP notes, if people are logged in and click on organic links, it is reported as not provided. But you can still see all the keywords from "search queries" or from within google webmaster tool.

There is a pretty cool plugin for tracking keywords, SEO Rank Reporter, it's free at the wordpress site. You enter the keyword and page/post associated to it. It tracks the google rankings per keyword and updates it every 3 days. Showing everything in graph form. Worth taking a look for the SEO folks.
