I'm Allison Lindstrom and I'm the owner/writer of the Frugal on the Prairie blog. I’ve worked in a variety of assistant jobs since 2008, the most recent being Research and Virtual Assistant. I have set up a blog from scratch, prepared and implemented a marketing plan, handled all aspects of a blog's social media, scheduled appointments, and acted as an editor and consultant.

What I Offer: 

Looking for someone to manage your blog, handle social media, act as an all-around assistant, or do all three? I currently offer Virtual Assistant (V.A.) services for blogs, brands, and small businesses.

As a V.A. I can assist you with website/blog management, social media promotion schedules and implementation, working with advertisers, email management, editing, or any other various duties.

I provide all of my own supplies, technology, and equipment. Clients are charged for the work performed per hour and for expenses outside of the normal scope of virtual assistance. (Example: I pay for Hootsuite social media scheduling. You pay for your own blog design.)

Rate: $20-30/hour. No minimum hourly requirement.
