I'd would value my blog at a lot higher than anyone would pay me for it. When you consider how much money I would have to invest to replace the income my blog pays me it is extremely unlikely I'd get an offer high enough for me to sell.

I found a random site today that actually seemed to have some accuracy for blog worth...it had a badge that displayed alexa rank, pr rank, and blog worth...I already forgot what it is...but quite honestly it estimated my monthly income relatively well.

Interesting but I think it's very flawed. I have never considered selling my site but I'm pretty sure it's worth more than the $57 that SEMrush says, considering that I get more than that for any ad deal I close. Whatever :)
