It would be easy if you do not need to record it every month but can just go to a website where you can see how it (and DA and PA) has developed over time.

You can find the update schedule here.  The next update is currently scheduled for release on April 10th.

Looking at the signature, I would guess that you generally don't add the www to links. So add-vokda.com is going to appear on the web a lot more than http://www.add-vodka.com and is going to wind up with a higher MozRank, since the metric doesn't consider the two to be the same.

Completely agree - it is not only that TMP has PR 1 and MozRank 4.53 but also sometime ago I asked a question about all that and one of the messages was that the two correlate well when done at the same time. Problem is that Google does it infrequently.

 

However, there are general issues with measurement and game playing.
