As for the size, you need to find it in your CSS stylesheet and make it bigger. 

It looks like the div is called "entry-footer clearfix", so the css fix should look something like: .entry-footer {font-size:200%;}

But for some reason the page navigation is showing below my Linkwithin widget.

 

 

Also it's way too small. I really want it to look like the Forbes multi page articles.

 

Any suggestions?
