And well written. I write about similar topics at the JobCred blog, but that is more for the European markets (in Europe we use a CV and the US is more "resume" oriented).

All my posts are 1000 or more words. I really really hard to make it shorter but I don't have that skill, so I made peace with it. I try to make it more readable but don't know if I am doing a good job with that or not...

This post really just required several paragraphs. I think in general, shorter is better. But there are those who prefer the longer posts.
