Less Spam, and I liked the interface more since it was very easy to reply to comments, sort them etc... but I dunno why some people always got stuck. I also had issues with duplicate comments.

 

I have to say that the customer support team was excellent, and if they could ever sort out those issues I wouldn't mind going back.

What if you try commenting as a "guest"? What browser are you using? One other commentator that had trouble was using Internet Explorer 6, but would like to gather more data here.
