Carnivals are a great way to get good quality links that aren't negative because they are paid Ad links.  They truly have value for both the submitter and the host.  A rare win-win scenario.

If you are interested in hosting a carnival, please feel free to sign up at http://www.bloggercarnivals.com under "Carnival Schedules".  After clicking on the "Carnival Schedules" option, then just click on the existing carnivals in the left navagation pane to have the schedule display in the right hand pane.  Any carnival slot marked "Open" is obviously open to be claimed.  Just click on the "Open" button and the system will prompt you for your information in hosting a carnival week.

I would recommend that if you sign up to host a carnival, and get more than 80 or 100 submissions for your week, to delete some of them to make the carnival more manageable, readable and valuable.
