Our idea is to host a 24 hour Blog-A-Thon on Saturday, March 19th.  As I wrote before,  every hour we would put up a new personal finance post.  For every visit to our site that day we will donate 10 cents up to a maximum of $250.00.  We will also donate any money made that day from ads, affiliate sales, etc.  We will give all of this money as a donation to the Yakezie Scholarship.  

We need guest posts (at least 15-20 as we do not want to write too many if we can promote others).  We are looking for short to the point guest posts on any personal finance topic of your choice, or if you want a topic, the best piece of financial advice you have ever been given.  Minimum of 250 words, Maximum of 500.  Please send any posts to webhost@brokeprofessionals.com and we will organize it and let everyone know more details as we get closer to having enough posts to do it.  

We need at least 10 more commitments to start promoting this and make sure it is happening and we would like all submissions by March 11, 2011.  

So.....whose coming with me?
