Hey Sam,

What cards have you seen removed? I know they removed the US Air card recently, which was to be expected with their merger. I know the Lufthansa and a few others have been removed as well.

This is actually part of a larger problem with Barclays. I had a fairly in-depth conversation with my LO rep at FinCon about it. According to her, Barclays is holding back at least 50% of all their approvals for a month or more. Meaning, you or I may make a sale today but it won't get released and reported to us up to 6 weeks later. Throw in their now hard and fast minimum sale per month approach and it makes it somewhat difficult to make any actionable decisions. Understandably, they want to mitigate their risk exposure but they're making it (in my opinion at least) more difficult to know what to do. As a result, I know I and a few others have moved on. I'm still approved, but if lose them altogether then so be it. At the very least, I'd reach out to your LO rep to see what's up and see if they can provide any direction.

Anyone else noticing a number of credit card offers being deactivated and removed under the Barclaycard brand? I've lost nearly every card under that affiliate, and was making most of my money from them. Curious if anyone has any ideas about this problem, and what they're doing about it (if anything).

Thanks,

Sam
