They don't even have a way for you to login once you have signed up yet. He provided me with a plan for advertising which involved some banner ads and sponspored posts. Haven't received any posts yet, but the ad tags are up. Right now, it's only showing adsense. I put those tags in positions that never performed very well for me. :) This way, if he turns out to be bogus and I never see a dime, I'm only out about 40 cents.

I just checked it out. It bridges the gap between publishers/marketers and advertisers. However just to make sure I would send them a new email to respond to make sure it really came from them. I had an advertiser contact me and I contacted him through a fresh email and found out it was not really from him.
