unfortunately when it comes to website names, i have yet to find a precedent on blog name disputes. however, no one can obviously steal your domain. narrowbridge makes a good point though if you are concerned about the long term

I checked out their site, seriously, they have no chance against yours. Unless they put enough effort to bring it up they won't even show up on SE. I think they are planning to just set up some ads hoping the traffic to yours will come to them by accident. From the little information they have it sounds like some quick money making scheme place which will go down soon. If you are worried you might want to register or trademark your domain and also buy the other variations too .org, .us Initially when I started reading GRS, I always typed getrichslowly.com, it is a site with no content, so after the second try, I never forgot the .org ... so if people like it they will remember. And you site there is not competition.

They have little up at the moment but what is there is a bunch of affiliate links and ads targeting the "easy money" crowd. Odds are it will just be a crappy site that doesn't last long. Honestly I wouldn't worry about it. No one will confuse your sites and quite frankly they don't stand a chance against you.

Unless you've trademarked your blog's name, I don't think that there is anything that you can do. My blog is at yesiamcheap.com and someone started yesimcheap.com and tossed up some crap content which looks like exactly what they're doing to you. They've even taken one or two things from posts I've made and reworded into their own posts. I should have purchased both URLs at the beginning, but hindsight is always 20-20. That said, I've been to your blog a million times and no one will mistake the two. Content is king, and yours has it!

So... I was bored today and googled "Ultimate Money Blog" and up pops another site, theultimatemoneyblog.com! Of course, my url is ultimatemoneyblog.com. Is there anything I can do/should I be worried? I am kind of pissed someone would do that!
