I think that's a little too serious/time consuming. And there really shouldn't be a lot of legal stuff necessary anyway. Just archive all emails between you and the advertiser.

At the end of the day you have the power - you can pull an ad if need be.

It's been a while! From time to time some advertising sponsors would inquire about advertising space on my blog.  I was wondering if I need to present them with a contract that would protect me and my blog if something ever goes wrong... Does anyone have a template? Do I need one? What should I do then?
