I get my submissions 48 hours before the carnival of financial independence goes live.

I am needing to switch Carnival hosting duties for the Carnival of Retirement in a few weeks as I'll be out of town the week leading up to the date I signed up for, including the day of the Carnival. I have contacted the following week's host and they're fine switching with me, but who do I need to contact to change it officially so that the correct blogger gets contacted with the submissions?
