The logo actually has a subtle graduation cap in the shadow, which fits my niche and looks really professional, IMO.

  • I would change the logo so it is wider and not as tall to fill in the white space
  • I would use the Wordpress "excerpt" feature so your homepage previews are a little nicer looking and don't end with ...
  • I would consider doing something different with the sidebar. All of the 125x125 ads at the top look a little spammy to me
But those are small things. Overall, it looks great. Nice job.

Have you considered premium themes like Headway, Thesis, or Genesis? I know you have multiple sites, so it might be worth it to grab a developer's license for one of those. Premium themes with support make life so much easier!
