And posts with pictures get more clicks - should have figured, given the prominence of pictures in all the Twitter Apps and on the site.

I've also noticed that conversations get pretty good engagement - people must be trying to see what you were replying to.

I also saw it yesterday! For me a provided a little valuable information....

I noticed my posts from tweetchats get the most engagement (though I try to leverage these as they can really make for a busy twitter stream and turn some people off)

The auto posts from WP almost get no engagement

But a lot of my web traffic comes from Twitter...though it is the posts I craft myself.

Stuff I would have hypothesized anyway...nothing terribly surprising. Though I'm wondering if my auto WP posts would do better if I crafted better titles....something I'm working on.

I thought I'd pass on to those who don't know that Twitter Analytics has been released to the masses. I know many like to look at website stats via Google Analytics, so this is a way to learn a little more about your activity on Twitter. I just came across this today.

You can check out a timeline of impressions, clicks, retweets, favorites, etc. Also, for individual tweets, you can see metrics as well. Not something to dwell on, but potentially interesting stuff nonetheless.

Here's the url:
