I sent an appeal, waited two weeks, heard nothing.

The only thing they let me do is submit an appeal email, which i did as soon as it happened.  i haven't heard back from them, and I followed up again yesterday.  I think I'm sort of out of luck - I don't think twitter really cares to answer these emails quickly, so I might have to just create a whole new twitter handle and hope that one doesn't get suspended too.
