Not to say your blog isn't worth something SB - but the REAL price someone would pay never seems to reflect what I see when I enter our site on "price your blog" sites.

The Financial Blogger, who has bought (and sold) a few sites in his day, takes a look at all sorts of metrics - traffic, advertising sources etc etc.  From what i've read, he usually thinks 12x monthly revenue to 24x monthly revenue.  In some circumstances, he has seen sites sell for 36x and even 48x monthly revenue.

If someone were to offer us 48x monthly revenue we would have to put some serious thought into selling.  

Agreed. If I was offered 36-48x monthly revenue, I too would seriously think about selling.
