I hemmed and hawed about it for a long time and then didn't decide that I really wanted to until all the tickets were sold out.

I remember looking at it when the tickets were just going on sale at the early bird price. I should have jumped on it then. Oh well - now I have something else scheduled for that weekend anyway but I really think I'm missing out on a big opportunity to meet everyone and attend some great sessions :(
