Producing interesting content is by far my biggest challenge. I think of 2-4 topics to write about daily but cut it back to 1 or nothing because I cant make it work, either because it's not personal enough or will bore the pants of readers.

I think perhaps I should include all my ideas as posts, but cut them back to cover just the interesting bits and leave out the fluff. This would mean shorter posts, but more interesting material.

I think about it all too much.

I have to agree with Kay. It is time that is my biggest issue. Not only do I have other things in my life to manage but I also get tired and brain dead. I don't always have the stamina to keep up with all of the blog stuff. Lately I have been feeling quite burnt out and busy.

Time is my biggest challenge as well. I have so many ideas but not enough time. I guess that is what keeps it interesting, there's always something more to do.

Mine is time and prioritization. I want to continue to network with other bloggers and build relationships, but should I do that over writing new content? It's tough to find a balance.

I have 2. The first is time. I have so many ideas, both for articles and for much larger projects, but with this full time job and teaching responsibilities within my church, I don't have the time.

Also, I no nothing about coding or other technical/web stuff, so it takes me a very long time to perform small tasks. This is also why I now use 60 plugins on KNS Financial!!!

Haha! Getting eyes on the page hasn't been a huge deal, just the commenting. Props to the Yakezie network, I'm about to drop into the 6-figures on Alexa. It's been a good ride so far!

I agree, it's a never ending battle on the technical stuff. I learn to tweak something and then find ten more things to tweak.

Same theme here, prioritizing to get the best bang out of each minute of the day. Right now I'm focused on getting caught up and maybe even ahead in writing posts. Next week it will be figuring out my first giveaway. I try to designate certain days for certain stuff, like Mondays and Tuesdays to plow through posts, Wed to comment, Thursday to research, Friday to market, Sunday to do backups and maintenance stuff. However, I don't always stick to that.

I'm another Time vote, and to a lesser extent... improving my writing skills. Slowly, my writing is improving, but Time is always an issue.

Try to build up a supply of articles for those down times. Then stagger then via the scheduler in wordpress. If you do so, you can at least buy yourself a few weeks...

Mine has been the "technical" side... learning how to do a simple html link, or how to resize a photo, or change the colour of a word.

Right now, it's SEO... (which I was calling SOE sadly). I've come a long way, but I'm no where near the expert that many of you are. I wish there was more "interactive" help out there... I'd even pay a little to chat in a room with someone who could walk me through a fix.

My biggest challenge is time also.

When I first started, I didn't have a full time job so 5 posts a week was normal and I had posts for days. Now I struggle to get just one post up.

I just hired a staff writer so that should help. I just have so many ideas that I want to write myself so I wish I had more time to do that.

It would probably help if I didn't get so distracted and if I also weren't studying for an exam.
