I called GoDaddy, and while I was going through the prompts, it came back on its own (after several screen refreshes).  I figured that since I was already connected with a technical person I would just go ahead and complete the call.  He checked the server and my domain and didn't find anything wrong on that end.  He said that there has been issues with JetPack on wordpress installations causing issues with some sites, so I disabled the plugin and not only do I notice the problem has stopped, I also went up to a 90 rating on W3 Total Cache's Google page speed  report feature.

You may just want to try try disabling JetPack and see what the result is from that one action.  So, if you can call the hosting provider and see if they can get you to that point it may help.

I am not good with ANYTHING technical, but I did google how to disable plugins from the control panel, and that doesnt work either. 

I didnt change any code or do anything outside of my usual posting and commenting, and it just happened.

Can anyone assist me in figuring out this issue?
