Initially I solve the problem by putting in my feedburner feed. But if you don't want the commentluv feed to connect to feedburner try putting in a link to one of your articles in the website field. This worked for me and now I can select articles that I wrote and the link will be directly back to my website rather than to feedburner.

Since two or three weeks or so I have the problem that when posting a comment on another site, Commentluv "says" that it cannot find my RSS feed. Before it worked well. My RSS feed is OK.

If I use the RSS feed as "website" in the comment contact information, Commentluv does work. But of course I do not want to send people to my RSS link when they click my name for a comment. I like them to go to my home page.

Anybody any idea how to solve this?

I had a similar issue today with my Feedburner feed. I discovered that it could be fixed by emptying a cache on my site (which I didn't actually have a problem with, but if you have a caching plugin you might have this problem) and the second issue, which was my problem, was caused by having too many posts in the Feed section found in Settings, Read. Once I changed the number of posts in the Feed from 10 to 7, everything was working fine.

This is for a Wordpress blog.

I was having an issue with Commentluv where if I posted a comment on another site that had commentluv, I would get an error that read XML error: xml declaration not at start of external entity at line 6, column 0. This error prohibited me from posting a link to one of the articles on my blog.

I tried various fixes that were suggested online. When I entered the URL for my website in the URL box on the blog I was commenting on, I was getting the error. When I started entering my feedburner URL, I no longer got the error and could post a link to one of my blog articles.
