I re-submitted manually and nothing. I've just re-submitted manually yesterday and my indexed pages has shot up by about 25 pages. Bizarre. I'll keep monitoring over the coming weeks...

If I go to google webmaster tools > crawl > sitemaps , I can see that the last crawl of my sitemap was today. My sitemap includes a post I made this morning and my "submitted" figure has gradually been increasing. However, during February, my Indexed sites have not changed.

 

My robots.txt file states:

User-agent: *

Disallow: /wp-admin/
Disallow: /wp-includes/
Sitemap: http://moneystepper.com/sitemap.xml.gz

 

I have no crawl errors and my crawl stats seem normal.

Therefore, I think that google is successfully crawling my site, but has stopped indexing it. 

 

Has this happened to anyone in the past? Do you know why this might be the case? Any ideas how I fix it?
