	<description><![CDATA[<p>In the past, I&#039;ve seen Google Drive spreadsheets where you are directed to a form to fill in instead of being sent to the actual spreadsheet. I&#039;m in the process of starting up a blog swap for food bloggers (side note, if you are a food blogger or share recipes on your site, you can <a href="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AgKgDmAs0uCQdFNIM2lYUzIxRmhlVG5qWDlfMWpBckE&#38;usp=sharing" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">sign up here</a> for the "homemade Halloween party treats" themed swap for Oct 28). Since this isn&#039;t going to be within a community like Yakezie, I know some bloggers might be wary of sharing their email address in an open spreadsheet. So I was thinking of creating a form instead so that they simply submit their information via that and it appears in the spreadsheet that only administrators have access to.</p>

<p>So my question is, does anyone know how to do that?</p>
