I'll try my best to describe the issue I am having:

If you go to any post on my site, for example http://www.moneysmartguides.com

at the top of the window in the browser bar I'll call it, it says: "How To Become A Stock Market Millionaire – MoneySmartGuides.com – MoneySmartGuides.com".

I have no clue how to fix this. Because of this, when people tweet my posts, the site name shows up twice. While not a huge deal, I could like it to just show up once. I've looked everywhere to try to figure out where to change this and have no idea. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
