GoDaddy is notorious for slow load times – they like to throttle your speeds so you'll pay to upgrade to their "better" hosting or whatever.

Edited to add: One issue is that your homepage is making 140 internal requests, which is a LOT.

During the last week I had a couple of people let me know that they were having issues with my site loading. Recently my traffic has doubled, but I'm not bringing in enough that I think it should cause problems. I have approximately 20-25 visitors a day viewing 40-50 pages. I haven't been able to duplicate any of the problems, my site loads fine for me, albeit slowly.

I'm very new at all of this and i'm not sure where to even begin troubleshooting this issue. Is this problem due to the fact that I host with GoDaddy? I'm not even sure how to go about transferring to a new host. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
