However, I'm having trouble figuring out a decent one that won't break the bank. I don't have any real preference for carrier, as long as my plan is under $50 for "unlimited" text and data and at least 400 minutes of voice.

 

My three primary criteria are price (under $200), internal memory (my wife has an HTC Wildfire S and it's 512MB means having to pick and choose apps very carefully), and battery life (aforementioned phone will get about 14 hours from fully charged to shutting down).

 

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
