	<description><![CDATA[<p>Issue has finally been resolved. Even though my IP was not listed as block, the server simply decided not to accept connections from it. They flushed the server cache and I can now access my sites.</p>

<p>I did try restarting it. Last night. Next stop is a hard refresh, which is a PITA, because then I have to reconfigure WDS to get internet downstairs again.</p>
