I did the same thing as Jacob, set up my cafepress store the second I bought my blog, had a bunch of great ideas for tag lines, and did...nothing. But now that I'm back in the swing of things I'm thinking of stepping it up, maybe starting with a screen printer I know who can make a few shirts for me to hand out to friends for when they're at the grocery store or at family picnics, or grocery tote bags. Still ruminating. Let us know how it goes for you!

Hi Shaun,

Will Cafepress out, thanks!

Thanks SF, will keep that in mind.

Hi Hank,

No demand, was thinking maybe for marketing or promotional purposes.

Hi Corey,

Was thinking logos and messing with other ideas. No real demand as of yet so that's the challenge.

Hi JT,

Soft, comfortable shirt? I would wear it often as well!

Just wanted to chime in that I will wear the living hell out of any promotional shirt as long as it fits well and the material is soft. The softer the shirt, the more likely I wear it. I have a TShirt I got from my bank on "College day" and because it doesn't look like most promotional shirts/fits well/is extremely soft, I wear it WAYYY too much.

Yeah, I also wonder if there is a huge demand for it. I think if it isn't just your logo, but has some catchy saying or something, people might LOVE them.

Thanks again Buck for bringing up a valuable thread. Keep 'em coming.

This is slightly off topic but I usually cringe at the thought of t-shirts. They are usually all sized for men and look exceptionally unflattering on me.

However, my wordpress host Page.ly sent me a t-shirt. It was a woman's cut and fitted. It was super nice with the page.ly logo on it and I did wear it around the house.

I'm with Jeff, Cafepress.com could be a good option because you can have a shop front and just have them made on demand. Lots of other options to expand into as well (I like the hoodies).
