Has anyone else been looking and having luck? How's the experience been? Unfortunately for me, I live in an area that is in really hot demand right now, so lots of bidding wars are taking place. No luck yet, as I've been outbid on about 4 properties now. I'm sharing the journey and providing updates on the blog.
