In addition to my finance site I also manage my fishing clubs website Salford Friendly Anglers  

We run our membership online, and its become a rather cumbersome process

 

We need to capture certain data via an online capture form (we currently use the easy contact forms plugin)

Name

Email

Residential Address

 

This is then directed to a dedicated email address where I have to then MANUALLY copy and paste the data into an excel spread sheet. 

Its a real pain in the neck, we had 250+ new members last month and it took me hours to copy and paste the data.

 

Do you know of any programs / plugins which can manage this process better.

 

Ideally, I am looking for a plugin which will collect data via a capture form, then store the data on a spread sheet, and send an auto response to the person who has completed the form

 

Am I asking too much ?

How do you guys manage your subscribers lists ?
