My son is now 11 years old, time is flying! 

Enjoy your son's birthday, take lots of pictures and videos!!!  I wish I had more of my daughter!  She's 7 and great, but we don't video as much as we use to.  I'm going to regret this fact some day in the future.

I can only take so much credit. I created the form back when we started the Yakezie Carnival but I'm pretty sure I got the idea elsewhere.

Thanks!  We - Jacob (from My Personal Financial Journey), Glen (from Free From Broke) and I came up with what I think is a pretty decent solution.  I'll know after I prepare the Yakezie carnival this Sunday.

If it goes as planned, I'll create a post that will server as the user guide that explains how to embed the links in the host's post easily and quickly.

Will each host have to create a form to do this (I already have one set up), or will this be the standard form, and each host given access to it (similar to the Blog Carnival emails)?

I'd recommend that each host can use this standard form (why re-invent the wheel...), but if you have your own, that's cool too.

After I compile the carnival on Sunday, I'll post instructions in this Yakezie Carnival Category explaining this optional process.  The advantage is that it will be a cut and paste process for all the submission in one shot.  So far, things look great and I'm very pleased with the results!  Big thanks to Glen on the initial form creation!
